Overdrive & Libby App
• Read or listen to thousands of books and magazines or even watch movies using Overdrive.
• Overdrive’s Libby app makes accessing the features easy on a digital device.

Cloud Library
• Choose from thousands of downloadable audio or eBooks to borrow through your Library account.
• Find recent titles that might not yet be available elsewhere.
• Reserve upcoming releases.

• To use the service away from the Library, ask a Library staff member for a 72-hour pass.

• Download up to 7 songs a week for free or stream up to 6 hours a day.

Heritage Quest
• Free ancestry research databases from more than 60 countries with information dating back to the 1700s that is powered by U.S. Federal Consensus, Revolutionary War records, Freedman’s Bank Records, Genealogy and local history books, Social Security Death Index and more Library Edition
• Access thousands of databases of genealogical and historical information and communicate with other researchers on message boards. access is only available from inside Library locations.

Historic New Orleans Newspapers
• Explore New Orleans’ history through this vast collection of newspaper archives dating from today back to 1837.

Sanborn Maps
• Digitized maps detailing property and land-use for Louisiana cities and towns from 1885 to 1951

• An online library of over 144,000 digital materials about Louisiana’s history, culture, places, and people
